I was a customer of LAR Pensions for yearsThey administered my business's pension plan and took care of all the tax form preparations In I closed my business and they took care of closing the pension planIt seems they omitted filing the final tax formsAfter a letter from the IRS and getting them to fill out the forms and finally E- File themI received a $13,penalty for the late fileThis is something they could have prevented by doing their job
I was a customer of LAR Pensions for years. They administered my business's pension plan and took care of all the tax form preparations. In 2012 I closed my business and they took care of closing the pension plan. It seems they omitted filing the final tax forms. After a letter from the IRS and getting them to fill out the forms and finally E- File them. I received a $13,000 penalty for the late file. This is something they could have prevented by doing their job.
