1) I've sent the email to ask for discussions months ago, and didn't get any responds. And the collection company has been calling me for a month. And now you want to discuss just because I complained in Revdex.com?
2) I provided reason why the apartment should not charge me the whole new carpet - I showed pictures to professional cleaning companies and they told me they can clean it. But the management office won't let them to clean and insist to charge me. In you response, you don't even list any reason and claim "Unfortunately, we had to replace the carpet."

Impossible. Funny to receive this response today as I received my refund check of $388.00 Today, August 28th and the check is dated August 18th 2015. I NEVER received any kind of statement from the community telling me how much of my deposit to expect back and what they would be taking out, if anything. As far as I'm concerned, I deserve more than $388 back from my $1,200 deposit. I left my apartment 100% Clean and have the photos to prove it. Also, in the state of Florida, it is required that the landlord communicate with the previous tenant within 30 Days of move out of the landlords intent to impose a claim against the deposit. I would appreciate a response back as to how to receive the rest of the deposit that is OWED to me. Thank you.
