I am rejecting this response because:
I did ask how much it would cost and both times ignored and how would I charge my customer for a flat tire on my trailer? Obviously I had no choice but, to sign the receipt or have the tire taken off my trailer$a mile is unheard of! not even your national transport companies charge that but, this company does because they know they got you buy ringer and you have no choice
They are nothing less than crooks!

concern,
I pride myself on my fast & expert road service.  I have the nicest tire trucks on the road in this area.  It takes money to maintain these truck and to pay the techs that operate them for their hard work and anytime availability.
 
On that Saturday I took a call for a customer that needed help over by Elk Mtn.  The customer never once ask how much it would cost, only how long it would take.  I called my tech and he was at the shop within 15 minutes the tire was already loaded so he jumped in the truck and was gone on his day off. 
 
The rate for my Fleet trucks is $125/hour with a minimum of 2 hours and $2.00/mile one way per [redacted].  Normal day rates are $100 for the service call and $4.00/mile one way.  My over the road 2 ton truck is $150/hour and $5.00 per mile one way, normal rate is $125 for the service call and $5.00/mile one way.  These costs pay for the fuel, insurance, maintenance on the truck, and my tech’s wages.  We did not charge him overtime rates only regular rate, even thou Saturday is overtime. Saving him $50.
 
My service was fast and got him off the side of the road within the hour.  The ticket was signed at the time of service and no complaint was made at that time.  The only comment made to my tech was that it didn’t matter what the charge was he was going to make his customer pay for it any way.  To me it sounds like someone wanted me to go 50 miles for nothing, I just don’t do that.  He was charged no more than anybody else that I have assisted in the past 15 years. 
 
In conclusion I will not be issuing a refund of any amount.  Attached is a copy of the signed invoice authorizing us to run his credit card for $522.11 and a copy of the credit card receipt showing that we ran it only for the authorized amount.  No highway robbery took place here.
