We have been waiting months for a pair of diabetic shoes for my mother and still do not have themLeaves was still on the trees and degree weatherWe had dealt with this company previously for years for suppliesWhen we went in this time there is a female in front who refused to service my mother because she has *** and a supplementIt took getting a representative on the line from *** to explain that *** would in fact accept her insurance for the shoesOnce the order was made, we received a phone call advising the Rx was not specific enoughMy mother's physician provided a new script and the order was finally madeOver a month went by with no response, only after I made a phone call to the same female representative up front was I advised the shoe was on back orderShe said she thought it "was taken care of"If they would keep up with their customer's and orders they would realize the oppositeThey said the shoe with the pink trim was still on back order for possibly another month but the blue trim was in stockReluctantly we agreedThe shoe arrives last week and we take my mother in just for the shoe to be two sizes to bigMind you, she was fitted for a shoe when the order was first placed several months agoI have spoke with a supervisor for the Cookeville office who has been trying to assist but can only do so muchI have requested to speak with Mr***, who is the owner of the companyMultiple voicemails left with him for weeks and no responseIt is my opinion the representative up front should no longer represent the company if she cannot provide customer service no better than thisIt also appears Mr* also has no compassion for the customer's he is providing a service to and does not feel it is worth at minimum a callback
