As stated in our previous response we only indicated email communication because that is the ONLY communication we had with the customer until March of We did not receive a call up until that pointIf we had received phone calls from the customer we would have been in contact just as we had with the emailsThe customer states she never received a call back and that is why she sent the email but the only reason the email was sent to us was because we asked her husband to send us some pictures of the product In conclusion, there was no manufacturer defect found, we believe the product is not ours due to the difference in the size of the thickness of the mat, we sent out a claim form in September and it was never returned back to us, the customer did not contact us by mail/phone until after the year was up on the warranty

I am rejecting this response because:The response from the business only indicates email communication, it does not include the follow up phone calls we made to the business after submitting the claim to find out the status of our claimEvery time we were told they would "look into it and call us back"Every time we never received a call back which is why we decided to send an emailThe business response also says one of the mats is smaller than the other and may be a different brandThey are all the exact same mats, *** mats, which I submitted receipts for and that is the manufacturer defect that they won't admit toNo other mats were purchased from other manufacturers and I still have the packaging as wellThe claim was filed while the mats were under warrantyThey refused to follow up or return our calls conveniently until they were out of the warranty timeframe

The products related are interlocking EVA foam matsWe have thoroughly inspected the two pieces of mats provided by the customerWe found that one is significantly thinner than the other, and they do not fit or interlock with each other at allApparently, they are not same model or one is not
made by usThe issue claimed was not covered by manufacture warrantyCustomer should have easily noticed the difference between the two kinds at the first place of installation and returned to the store for exchange or refund. No manufacture defect has been found on both pieces
