an inventory system of over 700 items had been created and existing inventory was in the POS system of the client’s choice.   From the beginning, LARK4 was NOT hired to work full time hours as a sales associate.  The client stated that she was planning to hire two part time employees but did not have any employees hired prior to store opening.  I agreed to cover working the position until they were on board, but would not be available to do so on a permanent basis or after the end of August.   In the 90 days that I worked in the store, the client never advertised, much less, hired any employees.  This contract dispute involves the lack of payment for hours worked in her store.  She does not dispute that the hours were worked.  We have repeatedly contacted the client since Aug via phone message, text message, email, and personal visits to the store to reiterate that we were still available to provide business management support and try to collect payment to no avail.   The client never responded to us until after she filed this complaint with the Revdex.com.  Since that time, we have again emailed, called, texted and mailed her.  We have sent her notification per our contract that we are now officially ending our contract and provided a final report delineating our work provided, regulatory non-compliance, and our recommendations.  This matter will be settled in court due to her lack of payment per contract terms.
