We went to eat at the Larkburger on Arapahoe Ave in Boulder, CO and received cold, chewy fries. We asked if it was possible to get fresh fries and the guy working the counter was very helpful and apologetic about the fries. They brought us new fries, a large instead of our small size which we thought was nice. When eating the large fries we discovered a hair in the fries that was dark, curly, and most likely a pubic hair. This was a disgusting thing to find in there and made us worried about what else was done to the fries. I let the guy behind the counter know that there was a pubic hair in the fries, and that it was BS and we would never eat there again.
Hi *** – I’m in receipt of Customer Complaint ID from customer ***. I’m surprised to see he filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. We immediately responded the same day he sent us the complaint and offered to make amends. He never responded to my offer nor did he request a refund.
We will reach out once again to try and reach an acceptable resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. And thank you for the valuable service you provide the business community and its customers.
