I had some guests driving down from Oregon to San Francisco They had a flat tire on the eastern approach to the Bay Bridge They changed the tire to the donut tire (no more than miles at 50mph) On Friday, the day after they arrived, I took them to Larkin Brothers because I have had very favorable experience with [redacted] the Manager Their flat was not reparable Their car is a Subaru Outback which is new enough that the tires from Bridgestone were not in the general inventory [redacted] , Manager of Larkin Brothers, spent a considerable amount of time looking for a new tire of the same make and tread style He finally located a tire in Nevada and had it shipped to San Francisco in time to put it on their car so they could resume their trip the following Monday If it hadn't been for [redacted] dedication to customer service and perseverance in finding the right tire the pleasure of their trip would have been seriously diminished [redacted] is a credit to the Larkin Brothers Tire Company
On Feb of Super Bowl weekend I took my Truck to get an alignment done, and on June ,I had to replaced all of my tires which I just bought a year agoI also had the truck aligned the same week I put the new tires a year agoThey recommended that I come every months so my tires would last longToday I called the manager and he said that there a lot of pot holes in San Francisco, and he could not help me resolve the problem by re aligning the truckAlso on that same day on Feb of I was told that the bushings on my truck were cracking but it can wait till the next alignmentI asked for a second opinion and I was told that there was nothing wrong with the BushingsI think that they were Fishing for a gullible customer This place is highly referred by *** which I am a member ofI hope that you can help by letting them know of the problem
