Review: My Canon 5DMII broke so I had 7 rolls of film that I wanted transferred to a digital format. I was going to bring in my own flash drive or hard drive since I have a new macbook pro which has no disc drive.

The total process was $147.00 to have 3 rolls developed + transferred and the others (already developed) + transferred.

I was told this could all be completed in 1 business day, which was wonderful.

I was later told it couldn't and that I would be lucky to have that done in a week at best...I'm sorry, but $147.00 and a week at best?

I came in the next day to drop off my flash drive and pick up what had been completed and see what could be done with this situation.

They were outwardly on the business floor complaining about my order and how time consuming it was and how annoying it was. I was so taken aback that I ran to the far end of the store. They continued to complain, knowing I was in the store! I left and sat in my car for a moment.

I decided to cancel the order and request a refund.

I came in explaining this. The older man without telling me anything began to burn my order to CD! I have the new macbook pro...I can't do anything with CDs. TWO rolls of film scanned to THIRTEEN CDs at $4.99 a piece was going to be tacked on to my $147.00 purchase!!

I was almost in tears at this point and didn't know what to do. I told him that I would drive home and go get my credit card that I paid out do we could do the refund. He agreed. HE AGREED....

I came back...and he returned only the transfer charge and then charged me for the THIRTEEN $4.99 CDs!! I called him and his coworker out on their rude behavior to which he smiled and said. "Whatever helps make you happy and gets you out of here faster" He then handed me, $.13 CENTS and said I could leave to store!

I was so flustered I cried. I've never experienced such a rude person in my life. On top of this, I worked in a professional photo store for years while working my way through college, and if I treated someone like this I would have been fired.

I wasted a half of tank of gas to get my card for the refund only to have him charge me for the CDs and hand me a 13 cent difference in CASH.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund. Maybe an apology, but really I want my money back. The cost for such poor service is outrageous.
