I received no explanation as to why they sold my trade - in before they paid it off, no explanation as to why they took a month to pay off my trade, and no reimbursement for late fees and collection calls because of their delayHonestly, their response is an absolute joke, and the fact that it took them this long to reply is a good example of their lack of respect and their terrible customer service

dealer to have my work doneI came back to this dealership because I thought I could trust themI've had my vehicle serviced by them for yearsI ended up paying another facility to fix the issueI feel like I was lied to from the day I purchasedweeks and been in the shop times
