car was sold ais....it is bank policy that warranty refund goes to them not ours...checked the car out for free offered to help with repair that was needed and customer declined

Issue was never even addressed, let alone resolved! I received no explanation as to why they sold my trade - in before they paid it off, no explanation as to why they took a month to pay off my trade, and no reimbursement for late fees and collection calls because of their delayHonestly, their response is an absolute joke, and the fact that it took them this long to reply is a good example of their lack of respect and their terrible customer service

Laymond didn't offer any repairs. When I told [redacted] the salesman about it I was told....sometimes you have that. That's why I lost respect for the business.

You can mark my case as closed and resolvedOr delete it completely as it turns out the bank was lying to the dealership and telling me different liesIn fact Nancy in finance at bobby layman went above and beyond her duties to get the bank to fix their lies and mistakes.Respectfully,

The reason why I reject this because *** informed me and threatened me telling me the work has to be done in their shopI c***ed the insurance *** *** who took care of the extended warrantyThey inform me I can go to any GM
dealer to have my work doneI came back to this dealership because I thought I could trust themI've had my vehicle serviced by them for yearsI ended up paying another facility to fix the issueI feel like I was lied to from the day I purchasedweeks and been in the shop times
