Criminals! Going to have to sue them!

Had a new roof installed 2 years ago by Larry and sons. This past week saw a number of shingles that had blown off my roof. Gave Larry a call and it was fixed today. Even though it took a week from our original call Larry communicated with us nearly everyday. So glad this company stands by their guarantee.

Review: [redacted] gave me an estimate for work on my roof and chimney. I signed a contract approximately 2/12/2015 and mailed the deposit. I cancelled the job via text on 2/18 and 2/19 where he stated he would mail me a refund. I texted him for the refund today and now he is attempting to take $200 off the deposit for time & materials. However his website, [redacted], state free estimate and he never said he was charging me before hand. As well his contracts do not have his license numbers and cancellation policy. His response is to sue him and see his lawyer. This is not how you do business.Desired Settlement: I would like him to return my entire $2000 deposit.
