Mr. Hoffa seemed fairly knowledgeable at first impression. Sadly, all I got was a first impression. He charged me $140 for an initial consult and told me to forward him the documents for the job we discussed, then proceeded to ignore me until I gave up. Five times I left voicemails and e-mails over a period of a couple months, and was never even given the courtesy of a returned call to tell me that he didn't want to do the job. I suggest you don't throw your money away.
