The state police contacted Fowler to tow my CamaroIt was pulled out of a ditch full of water, but the back end was out of the waterIt was towed miles and locked upI was never contacted by anyone and had a tow truck scheduled to make the tow the next morning
My tow bill with Fowler was $An exorbitant amount for miles He would not tell me the fee over the phone, but wanted to be sure I brought the title He told me several times that the car was totaled (true) and that not worth me messing with
I fully believe by how he handled the information on the tow fee and wanting me to have title in hand that I would give up the car in exchange for the abnormally high tow feeI think the fee was set high, and the constant opinion of the uselessness of the car so I would leave it in his possession
