signed a Buyer's Guide along with two signed "We-Owe" forms indicating that she had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and did not request any further repairs or services. Copies are available upon your request. Ms. [redacted] took it upon herself to take the vehicle to an independent repair facility on August 13, 2014, for what she states was a "full inspection". However, this inspection was performed seven months after she purchased it from us and after putting nearly 9,000 miles on the vehicle. We are under no obligation to pay or perform any maintenance or service items on this vehicle. Any vehicle will need future maintenance regardless of age or miles and that obligation falls onto the owner, not the seller.Ms. [redacted] also states that she was told her monthly payments would be $360 a month but the contract had a different amount. When she originally agreed to the $364.31 payment, it did not include the vehicle service contract, exterior and interior protectant, and key replacement that she purchased in finance. The signed contracts and agreements are included. In regards to her complaint about the trade value, the initial numbers that she agreed to very clearly state that her trade is valued at $800 and that value did not change when she signed the contract. We initially did a blind appraisal on her trade and estimated that her trade was worth $1,000 sight unseen, however, that value changed to $800 when the actual inspection was completed.
