I want to thank [redacted] , [redacted] and [redacted] I hope I got all the spelling correct. These gentlemen made buying a car a great experience. They went out of their way to find the perfect car for us, It has every option we were looking for in a vehicle. Everyone from the time we walked in the door until we drove out in our new car treated us with respect and answered every question we had. They found the perfect car and the financing we needed to drive it home. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. We will refer eveyone to them. They are awesome!

HORRIBLE experience! My husband and I had no luck in the town we are in finding a vehicle so did a Google search and found this dealership. Everything seemed pretty nice, at first. Called the dealership and told them our situation and talked over what we needed and didn't need along with our budget. The salesman said that he thought we could work something out. Great! HA! We drive both of our cars an hour and a half to be looked at since we wanted and needed to downsize, not only in cars but in payments and insurance. Kept telling them our max was "x" amount, no big deal I'm reassured. WRONG, so, so wrong. Broke the budget by forty bucks right off the bat. Husband reassures me that it will still be okay. I finally concede because forty dollars would not be huge, but was still unhappy. We get in to the finance office and money just starts adding up and adding up! I could not believe how much the final price was after everything they added back on. Husband still thinks we would be okay at almost 140.00 over budget. By this point in time I am livid and beside myself. He signs some documents and we do a spot delivery since by this point in time, it was a little past eleven and we had an hour and a half drive home on a work night for my husband. The next day (Tuesday) we call and see what is going on with finance since we got the spot delivery so late, told they have not had time to look things over. Salesman said give us 72 hours to process everything and everything is going fine. We believed him. Worst mistake ever! We call Friday and he still doesn't have an answer for us but said he would get back to us late in the evening. We wait and wait and finally a phone call. We are told our debt to credit is off by about 480 bucks. We figured this may have been the case since it took so long throughout the week to get an answer on anything. The salesman says to my husband, "Well, I know a lot of military wives that lie and say they babysit or pet walk for extra income." I was completely blown away that this was even a suggestion! My husband tells him that we WOULD NOT be doing anything like this just to get in to a truck. Salesman reassures us that even without that something can be done. I told my husband to tell the salesman that we will be returning the truck the very next day as it was getting late at night, again. Now we are on Friday (7/1/16) and the lady who did the finances calls my cell phone shortly after I wake up and is asking me why I have no submitted a credit check. I ask her what credit check? Apparently our salesman had told her that I have about 400 dollars worth of income that I am not reporting to them to help out with the truck. She sounded shocked at the fact that I did not and do not have a job. I told her that I will be bringing the truck back ASAP after I had gotten ready and I hung up. I was a little hasty on the phone because this was more than aggravating to say the least. Woke my husband up and headed off to the dealership to return this truck. When we arrived I asked for the General Manager but was given someone else to speak to since he was away for the moment. No big deal, at least we got to speak to someone higher than what we had been. Told him the story of everything that had been said/ happened and that it was completely unacceptable that someone would ask us to lie on a legal and binding document. He agreed and told us the person/persons involved would be dealt with. Not sure if he really believed us or not about wanting us to lie. Personally, I do not care because I know we are telling the truth. He asked what we wanted to do and I promptly told him I would like my cars back and that I am going elsewhere. The process of getting our cars back and everything bolted back on was quicker and more efficient than even trying to talk to these people. We went down the road to the Kia dealership and brought home a new car completely financed and definitely less hassle. The people working in this dealership feel like con-artists and I would not trust them to even take care of my enemies.

Waited over a half hour for my vehicle to be checked in for an oil change. I never did get to meet with the man whom I made my appt. with. I ended up leaving and taking my new Dodge to a private garage. Disappointing service, esp. since I bought my Durango at Larry Miller Dodge.

These people do not live up to what they say on their web sight. They advertise "Low Up-front Pricing" but what they really mean is that they advertise low prices then add money to the final price once you have negotiated with them. They advertised a truck, stock# D163057-1 at $4,986, then tell you to ask for the Internet Price. They take off $500, then when you work towards a final price, the quote they send out will include $2000 of additional costs that are already added to the vehicle before the picture or advertising were placed. When confronted they state that they have a disclaimer saying that "Dealer added items may effect the price" but don't list the items anywhere or tell you about it until the final quote. Bait and Switch tactics for Deceptive advertising. I would never buy anything from people like this.
