Review: I bought a 2010 Lexus ES 350 at full price. This vehicle was pre-certified and I paid an additional 1000 for this coverage. Also I paid an additional 600 to 700 for a protective seal in the front hood.

The used was still under warranty and I they convenience me to paid another 1000.00 for added coverage.

The car had some pain damage and they told me they would fix it or repaint it if necessary.

After 2 days, the engine light came on and I called several messages for them to return my call and no one call me back. I got fed up and call the manager and left several messages and he never call me back. I had to keep calling and finally reached the manager. His excuse was he was busy and asked some else to call me back. No one call me back.

I took the car back in and they said they had to replace the sensor. My battery also died and they refuse to replace it. I had to pay for a new battery. They never inspected the car before they sold it to their customer and they rip us off by telling us is certified.

The plastic seal that they install with full of bubble and they refuse to fix it. The break was bad, the middle counsel broke and the paid was crack. They said this was pre-certified and promise to fix everything and nothing was fix. After they replaced the sensor, the check engine lift came on again.

The bottom line is....they never inspected their cars and call it pre-certified. They sold me a lemon and I finally got rip off the lexus and bought a [redacted] from [redacted]. [redacted] was great in treating their customer. I had a minor problem and they fix it right away and sent me e-mail that I was satisfied.

Larry H Miller never send any e-mail of concern to us. [redacted] was the sales person who sold us the car. He offer no help for us at all. In fact, he only care about his own pocket.

He ripped off my mother-in-law 3 years aga confusing Her to least a SUV with *00 a month. She is on social security and had a very hard time making the payment and finally returned it after the least was up and they charged her another 2,000.

I would never recommend any one to buy a car from Larry H Miller Lexus.

When I took to Lexus to Larry H Miller Honda to trade the car in, the sales person from the same company told me I got ripped off and paid too much for the Lexus.

That's coming from their own employee.

In response to complaint number [redacted].We address the concerns that were brought up by the customer by seem to never be to his satisfaction. We made several attempts to resovle but again never to his satisfaction. The vehicle was indeed sold certified which means is goes through a 100 point inspection which would include inspecting all the things he is complaining about. We did address any and all of the concerns that were brought to our attention. He did infact buy a pre-owned vehicle and not a new vehicle. As far as his mother in-law buying from us. She in fact did and sevaral times and never had any issues and was a wonderful lady to work with. We take great pride in offering exceptional customer satisfaction. We are always will to work with everyone but some folks unfortunatley you just can't make happy.

LHM ripped me off. They said they sold me a certified car and they charged me another 1,000 on top of the sellding prize. I paid another 6 to * hundreds for front shield protection and when they install the plastic shield it was full of [redacted]ble and they didn't want to redo it. My front glove compartment was broken after a few months and when I took it in, they said they don't have the part and they will call me when they get it. After a month, they never call me and this go on and on.

I had the car for 3 days and the engine light comes on and they said it was a bad sensor. They replaced the censor and the engin light came on again after couple of months. The break stated to squaz and they would not replace it. The battery die after couple of months and they wouldn't replace it and they charged me over 100 to replace it. My front camera fell off and they would not fix it. I paid an additional 1,000 on top of their asking prize for certified. Why I paid another 100 when the car is certified. They ripped me off.

The Honda car sales person from LHM Honda said I got ripped off. That's coming from their sales people.

I will go on social media and tell the whole world not to do business for LHM. I want 3,000 back for ripping me off.

In response to the complaints Mr. [redacted] has about the vehicle he bought. We have invited him back several times to address his concerns. We have had the vehicle re-detailed a couple of times to try and make him happy. He in fact did buy a used vehicle and while it was in very good condition it was a used and not a new vehicle. When visiting the dealership they became distributive and argumentative with our staff. There were also concerns that I would care not to go into as to why we could not provide a loaner vehicle to them. We take customer satisfaction very serious and pride ourselves on always doing was is right for our customers. In this case the expectations were not reasonable and or warranted.As far as the mother we had sold her several vehicles over the years and I think would tell you a different story as to the one the Mr. [redacted] is wanting you to believe. One does not come back and do business where they have not been treated good. I wished we could have come to some type of agreement to make Mr. [redacted] happy and resolve the issue but unfortunately what we attempted was not resolving what he thought should be happening.
