I have spoke with Mr [redacted] and have invited him to come back to the dealership to sit down with me and go over the recent promotionafter speaking with him I believe that there is some confusion that occured in the process we are happy to honor any and all gifts that are due to Mr*** and have set an appointment to meet on the weekof the April 21st when he can find time in his schedule to come to a acceptable resolution this issue

On feb19th 2015, I recieved an email from MrDavid *** with information regarding a recent transaction in which he had requested a cancellation of extended warranties purchased in august He had stated that on sept23rd he had come into the dealership and spoke with Finance manager
*** *** to process his requesthe had learned that the cancellation was not processed at that time. the extended warranty that we provided is actually faciilitated through a third party company and upon researching the claim we found that not all the paperwork was filed to complete the claimMr*** did follow up with an additional call on feb, to check the status of his requestthe proper documenation had been fowared to the warranty company and a check was sent to Mr***'s bank in the amount of on feb 26th, an additional check in the amount of was mailed out on march 2nd to his credit union to complete total amount requestedi apologize for the lack of communication and for the delay in the process, neither one is accepatable

On 4/15/15 I spoke with Mrs. [redacted]  in regards to her recent transaction. she had expressed concerns about the process for replacing a side window on her newly purchased sonata that was to be done at local dealership in her home town of las cruces. it appeared that she had been working...

with her sales consultant directly and hadrecieved varying information on how the repair was going to be resolved, from who should do it to how much etc... once that was resolved which definatley took longer than it should the dealer in Las Cruces wouldnt except a Purchased order or a company check. once I was made aware of this situation, I spoke with the dealership in las cruces and made arrangements via my credit card to get the invoice paid. I spoke with mr and mrs. [redacted] and appoligized about the misunderstanding and let them know that the invoice had been taken care of and gave mrs. [redacted] my direct number if there were any incedents in the future.
