We filed bankruptcy last year and we desperately needed a new car, as our vehicle quit running. We have five kids and we have an average-below average income. We had received a flyer from Larry h Miller and we thought we'd give them a try. We spoke with Tim (who is no longer an employee there) and he assured us he could find us a vehicle. We talked numerous times over the phone (we live 3 hours from Spokane) and we tried to make several vehicles work for our situation. We told tim that a $300 car payment was almost too much, but he assured us he could get close to that price. Tim also told us we could get into a Volkswagen wagon, which would not fit our whole family, but we could trade our car in in a year for a bigger vehicle. We have been paying $448 per month for almost a year. Our car is worth $7-9,000. We owe $17,450-a year later!!!! We had so many added fees, we were almost charged double for our car! We are so upside down, nobody will help us. I called and spoke with a couple of salesmen from Larry h Miller and told them we'd been taken advantage of. Neither of the salesmen will help us. In fact, they said we need to drive to Spokane to see them in person, but we may not work out a deal due to our situation. Really??? They put us in this situation!! They knew we filed bankruptcy and are trying to get on out feet again. We will NEVER buy a car from them or recommend them to anyone!!
