I am rejecting this response because:when I spoke with Tammy B*** on the phone she stated she would call the credit bureaus and have the crit check removedFrom what I have seen an attempt has never been made on MsB*** partI am completely undatisfied with these shady tactics that this dealership uses and gets away withWhen I stated that I was already preapproved through my credit union therefore I did not need another credit check ran because I would not be financing with the dealership I was told I needed to fill out the form because other have to make sure I'm not a terroristI should've got up and walked out but sadly there are only so many options available to purchase a vehicle in this stateI advise the dealership that I would do the leg work and pick up the check from the bank and pay for the truck so I did not need to have a credit check, they said they wouldn't run it but just fill out the formWell they ran it anyways and would not allow me to leave in the truck I was planning to trade to get the money from the bank nor could I take the new truckThey are very pushy, controlling and demandingI will not be a Larry hMiller customer again

a credit inquire for anyone who has not paid for the vehicle in full before taking delivery. When Mr. [redacted] called and spoke to me regarding this I did in fact explain that to him. We show in our system that there was only one inquiry on Mr. [redacted]'s credit. Mr. [redacted] will need to provide us proof of a second inquiry before we are able to contact credit reporting agencies. Mr. [redacted] was provided with the attached paperwork at the time of purchase of his vehicle. Attached is his warranty coverages and explanation of coverages. Please forward to Mr. [redacted]. Filter change and multi point inspection. Once our technician performed the multi point inspection a document with recommended services was sent out to Mr. [redacted]. Followed up by a call from our service advisor Brittany M[redacted] to answer any questions Mr. [redacted] may have. Mr. [redacted] stated that he didn't want to look at the recommended services that he would prefer to go over them on the phone with Brittany M[redacted]. Mr. [redacted] and Brittany M[redacted] went over recommendation and Mr. [redacted] gave a verbal authorization for service to be performed. Our technician performed the service and Mr. [redacted] was contacted that his vehicle was ready to be picked up. Mr. [redacted] picked up his vehicle, paid his service bill and a short time later contacted our service manager Anthony W[redacted] and stated he didn't want the Evaporator service/cleaning. Anthony W[redacted] did authorize a refund for the service part only. Mr. [redacted] did authorize to have his cabin air filter replaced and we were able to bundle those two service to save Mr. [redacted] money. The cost of the Cabin Air Filter service would have been $35.00 plus tax. The Evaporator service/cleaning $139.95 plus tax. Mr. [redacted] received a discount on said service including the Cabin Air Filter. Larry H. Miller Toyota Albuquerque takes pride in taking care of our customer and offered a refund to Mr. [redacted] in the sum of $111.61, the full amount of the service plus tax excluding the Cabin Air Filter. A refund check has been processed and sent to Mr. [redacted]'s home address at [redacted]. If there should be any further questions, please feel free to contact us.
