Sadly, I can't explain the whole situation in the space allowedBasically, This dealership was able to get us to agree to taking a car by pulling a rate offered by our credit union off a website and then promising they could beat that priceBoth were outrageously fantastic pricesThe truth is our credit is only OKIf they had a credit report they had to know we would not be able to get get either rateThey let us take the car, not financed with no money downWe believe they knew we would not get the great rate from our credit union and would return to finance with themAt that point they would change the terms offered usWe decided to finance with the credit union anyway and had a check in hand, but we were not able to get the dealership to return calls - basically we could not get them to accept payment from usWe ended up returning the car - and we had the cashiers check in our hands as we did it

My hat is off to [redacted] and the Special finance team This was the most pleasant and pressure free car buying experience of my life [redacted] was very personable and worked to get me and my wife exactly the vehicle we wanted Our credit is not that great but with [redacted] expertise and extensive knowledge of damaged credit financing obstacles, we were able to drive out in under hours with a Chrysler I can not say enough good things about Larry H Miller Volkswagen in the automall I thank everyone in the Special financing team who made our purchase possible We are so grateful for the fair price and low interest rate GOD Bless You All!!!!

Both were outrageously fantastic prices. The truth is our credit is only OK. If they had a credit report they had to know we would not be able to get get either rate. They let us take the car, not financed with no money down. We believe they knew we would not get the great rate from our credit union and would return to finance with them. At that point they would change the terms offered us. We decided to finance with the credit union anyway and had a check in hand, but we were not able to get the dealership to return calls - basically we could not get them to accept payment from us. We ended up returning the car - and we had the cashiers check in our hands as we did it.
