Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:we went from your shop to [redacted] in Colorado Springs and they discovered the unplugged injectorsThey plugged them back in and did the ohm tests on allNone of the injectors were out of specWe did not replace and injectors, either battery or either negative cable and truck runs perfectlyEverything that was recommended to be replaced was in perfect working orderThe only thing wrong with truck was that injectors "mysteriously become unplugged"The fact that the service writer must have said a dozen times that when we break down on way out of town they'd happily tow us back and do the work makes me highly suspicious that he knew truck had been tampered with and did not expect us to make it to Colorado Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]

Mr [redacted] has never been mislead or given an extreme run aroundOur intension is to remedy all of his concerns as with any customerThe first service visit on 7/9/was for "door locks not working with key fob"and at that time Mr [redacted] was not charged a diagnostic fee because were were waitiing for Chrysler engineering to contact us Mr [redacted] brought the vehicle back ikn on 7/17/for diagnostic with Chrysler engineeringEngineering advised us that the "TIPM" (Toatllly integrated Power Module) was faulty and at that time there were charges to Mr [redacted] and no repairs were doneOne month later on 8/10/Mr [redacted] brought the vehicle back for ABS, EBS, traction control light and airbag lights on intermittentlywe were unable to duplicate those concers and a diagnotic fee was not chargedMr [redacted] brought the vehicle back in on 9/10/for door locks not working properlyMr [redacted] at that time authorized the repair from 7/17/(TIPM) and we ordered the partThe TIPM was installed on 9/11/and the door lock concern was remediedThe vehicle returned on 9/14/for the dash light concern and at that time the positve batter terminal wasn't making proper contact ad Mr [redacted] was not chared for this repairOn 11/3/the vehicle returned for vehcile stalling out and r/rear door lock lockingAt this time we contacted Chrysler engineering and instructed us to replace the TIPM once again under parts warrantyThe r/rear door lock concern is a faulty door lock actuator, all other door still working properly and Mr [redacted] was not chagred for diagnosisVehcile returned on 11/9/for the dash lights flashing and stallingWe sent them the diagnosis which is now needing the instrument cluster for $parts and laborChrysler engineering stated to us that the TIPM needed to be replaced initially for door lock concern regardless of the fact it didn't repair all the concernsI am willing to split the cost with Mr [redacted] as a goodwill gesture for his inconvenience wich would be a $charge to him Please let me know if there is any other information you need from us.Respectfully,

Spoke with Mr [redacted] on 8/20/regarding the appraisal and driving of his Srt chargerHad the salesmanager who drove the vehicle call Mr [redacted] and talk to him about where he drove the vehicleI believe this may have helped explain how the car was drivenWe apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused

Date Sent: 10/1/7:24:PMI've reviewed the history and I do agree that the vehicle has been in six time for the same concernIt is not uncommon for a nine year old vehicle to have more than one leakI am willing to rectify this situation by perfoming the repair that is now needed which is the a'c evaperator core at no cost to the customerWe stand behind our work and I feel that traking care of this repair will remedy this issue and will have my Shop Foreman quality control the repairThis is a $repair at no charge to the customer.Thank you,
