9/7/Needed new garbage disposal and sink faucet in kitchen They came and would not install disposal or faucet UNLESS a complete plumbing job that I DID NOT NEED They took out the Good plumbing and put in plastic parts and they keep the good plumbing pipes, then they installed the faucet and garbage disposal A real rip off for a senior handicap person While doing this, he did not fasten a pipe good and it came loose and he had to mop/clean up the water This same pipe came loose and undone when I lightly dusted the pipes under the sink on 6-15- On 6/18/he came out and put the pipe in/together & tighten it---- 2/7/ he replaced the plumbing behind my laundry machinesHe connected the cold water hose to the hot and the hot hose to the cold fixture I did some laundry and called them & said the I had a cold wash and a hot rinse They came out and had to fix the problem I got his name from Angie's List but I will not use them again My neighbor also had trouble whereas they replaced plumbing that wasn't needed and she complained about it to me
