Toyota on 6/16/an plan on keeping this car until I can no longer driveI'm years old, single and on a limited incomeSince the purchase of this car I have always gone to Lassen for servicing with no problems until November of 2017, when the engine light for my car came onon 11/was told by a mechanic at Lassen I needed a diagnosis Test at a cost of $which came back with the code Pwhich was told the Air-Fuel Ratio Sensor needed to be replaced at a cost of $parts and laborI thought this work was completed on 11/10/The middle of December the engine light came on againHad another Diagnosis test completed on 12/26/and was told I needed to replace the Intake Manifold gasket at a cost of $After much confusion noticed the code for this part was also PI went to a different company and was told my car was fineOn 2/13/my engine light came on again, I went to a different service company and only after three months was told I needed to have a Diagnosis Test completed and the results were I needed to have the Air-Fuel Ratio Sensor replacedBecause of this I believe Lassen never replaced the Air-Fuel Ratio Sensor I was charged for on 11/10/I believe they need to refund me the total cost $or I will be obtaining an attorney.What I stated I want my costs refundedI will never go to Lassen Toyota ever again(refund)

I sent this response back as a reply to the original email from [redacted] on 02/07/2018. Mrs.[redacted] has returned to our service department after her non factory trained mechanic gave her inaccurate information concerning our process. According to her comments to our service advisor, her mechanic may have altered the repair that our Toyota trained mechanic performed. We are no longer willing to offer service to Mrs. [redacted] due to  her verbal abuse and inappropriate behavior in a public business.

I have previously stated our position on this matter. We have performed the repair in question according to the manufactures protocol, the customer chose to not allow us to perform second procedure suggested by the manufacture. Lassen Toyota is not responsible to pay for the customers parts and labor unless we have made mistakes in the repair process. The documentation supporting our position has been previously provided. The service adviser who worked with the customer offered a discount on the labor amount, the customer has denied the offer. We will honor our original discount offer which can be found in the document provided by the service advisor. The customer can contact Rainbow if she chooses to not act inappropriately  and to except her offer, otherwise this will be our final correspondence concerning this matter.
