I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The home was not set by 12/4/15. We were unable to even move into the home until after Christmas because it had not passed inspection. They did not even finish the trim out work on the inside of the home, or put a porch up to enter the home. They left a stack of cinder blocks outside my door.

This letter is in response to the complaint ID [redacted] for Variety Mobile Home Services.On approximately 10/06/15, the above customer purchased a mobile home from Variety. As of the date of closing they were told delivery date would be 4-6 weeks barring the weather.  In November...

it rained twelve days with at least two days to dry out. Therefore, it was a month before their mobile home was delivered. Home was set and delivered before 12/04/15.A copy of Sales Agreement is attached to show home was SOLD AS IS and there is no warranty on Heat Pump or appliances for any used homes.We have been in business since the 1980's and have never sold a home with a warranty.If you need any further assistance, please feel free to call.Sincerely,Jerry FarmerVariety Mobile Home Services, Inc.
