We agree that the floor in the *** residence needs replaced and we have filed a claim with the manufacturer. Ms*** is scheduled to come in to reselect a flooring on Thursday evening. The floor that was installed is an LVT not a laminate.Attached is a letter from the
manufacturer addressing her issues about safety of the products in regards to her pets. We have been working towards a resolution to the flooring since June 2nd and will continue to do so
