HEADS UP! I was quoted a negotiated price between USAA and Larry Miller on a 2014 Tacoma and Larry Miller failed to honor that price. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. BEWARE!!

I phoned Larry Miller Toyota on Saturday 23rd and spoke with sales agent [redacted]. I specified before making the trip because it is not my local toyota dealership that I'd like to make sure I can get 33,000 for my 2014 [redacted] trade in with less than 10000 miles at time of trade, a year old (purchased Aug 2013) I provided [redacted] with VIN and details [redacted] said he would call me back. [redacted] called me back and stated to me come in we can compensate the difference in car by taking it off the cost of car meaning they will give me 30000 for the car and take the 3000 off the invoice for the car. He told me he wasn't wasting my time and to come right now and if he does it will it be a done deal and advised me he gets off at 6 PM but is staying just for us. This is for the 2014 new sienna xle without the video but leather seats, moonroof, remote control for doors etc for invoice 35000 then I was told has a 1000 rebate 500 off for military and then again they would take the difference of the 3000 for trade in from and 30000 for trade in to equal 33000 trade in. So I get my 19month old ready and convince husband not waste of time and drive 30minutes to get there, mind you since [redacted] said he was staying we rushed immediately after getting off phone. I get there and find out after waiting [redacted] left and passed on some information to [redacted] but the managers were aware yet they seemed cluless. [redacted] kept trying to get me into a used 2013 [redacted], no that was not part of any conversation and I specified wanted a new 2014 and specifics which [redacted] told me could do as he informed me they are better than my local toyota dealer and have more inventory so can drop rates of car. Anyways the manager who happens to be named [redacted] comes out and says 27000 is all they can give me for vehicle. Mind you I'm livid that sales person [redacted] left and the manager says [redacted] says that to bring you in I'm the one that runs numbers and makes final and we won't give you more than 27000 based on [redacted] and that [redacted] gave me wrong info in saying could reduce from the cost of vehicle. [redacted] the manager says that's what they do to bring you in. Really??? So they couldn't tell me with Vin info and the fact I specifically said don't want to waste gas, mileage and time over the phone with [redacted] that the value is only 27000 for paying off and it just won't work instead of me rushing over there to find the sales rep turns out didn't want to waste his time on me and his time is more valuable then mine and then the offset made with cost of new car was just lies. If this is how Larry H Miller operates I will gladly take my future business to another toyota dealer. If you can't do something say you cant!!! Horrible experience. I was ready to do it if they would've kept their end of commitment for making the trip.
