I hired Service Master as a contractor after we had a house fire It took over a year and a half to "complete" the work I could never get them on the phone, nor have an email returned as to when my house would be completed Eventually due to having no communication from the company I fired them Since then, I've tried selling my house I found out that there was an electrical permit pulled, but it was never followed up on during the entire process and there is a breaker that is busted in my electrical panel which is a HUGE hazard I found out during the reconstruction process a temporary panel was installed in lieu of a electrical meter This resulted in years of non-payment of electricity due to the permits not being followed up on If the permits had been followed up on correctly, the energy company would've returned to the residence and re-installed the electrical meter
I also found out that there was no permit filed for my outside patio structure The City inspe
Service master is trying to charge for work that was never doneWe have been telling service master i.e Joey to come out to our house and bring a copy of the work that they claim they didNumerous calls to service master has gone un-answered for almost a yearNow the insurance company closed the claimI had to stop payment because service master didn't do what they were supposed to doService master is trying to bill the insurance company for work that was shotie at bestAll the paper work is so messed up that I refuse to pay a dime until everything is straightened outI also refuse to let them fix all of the shotie work because of the time frame in witch service master had to repair the damageKnowing what I know now I wouldn't let service master build a dog house for meThe communication between us and service master is next to nun.2/1/Plymouth wi
