I am rejecting this response because:*** ***r is misrepresenting the truthHe changed the contracted amount times using intimidating behavior, having the plumber know at my door numerous times and calling me over and over because I did not sign the contract saying I would pay dollars His plumber was given complete detailed instructions in writing the very first day and whrn, questioned about it he said he didn't remember *** never came to my house to look at what needed to be doneHis friend who worked in concert with *** ***r was fired for theft! There was a card found on my door for *** ***r's plumbing on March 5th but I thought it had been dropped previously since no one had an appointment we it me and I had an appointment with my cardiologist all day that day for a procedure I have contacted *** ***r several times regarding the issue and the safety issues at my house after his plumber left especially a potential gas leak *** says he can check it out but I did not see his name on the state database for licensed plumbers My sister tried to discuss the issue with *** in person but *** is obviously not interested in reason, safety or good service His behavior is deplorable.

I'm confused about why *** responded in this mannerI had no knowledge of why she fired her care taker because this had nothing to do with me*** and I have been visiting over the past three weeks and the conversations have been very cordialIf I'm understanding correctly this rejection was sent before I was able to go back out to her house this last timeMy plumber and I went over everything with *** and she seemed very pleased*** is still making payments on the bill for the work performed, and I have been trying to help her with her water heater that she purchased from Sears because they have been taking so long to help her out

As you can tell from the written estimate that we provided for *** *** the prices did not change even though she added several requests on the March estimateI rewrote the estimate for her as requested on March so she would have a copy stated that we would perform all the requestsThe
original call was placed on March as a service call and after discovering all the problems that she had with her plumbing, we put everything in writing and had her sign the proposal on March before continuing with any more workAny questions please let me knowI feel we have tried our best to do a professional job for ***, I even tried to go by her home on May to see the issues that she says she was having but no one would answer the door or my phone call
