Karl ***, our General Sales Manager, connected with the customer last week and offered to meet and discuss a favorable trade into a new vehicle. The customer is now relocated near the Atlanta area but would like to come back to our dealership and work things out. Karl awaits her visit... and will do all we can to resolve the situation. We have had titling problems with this vehicleIt was purchased at auction before being sold to Dmytro Minyaylo and the tile stated that it was a Fiat vehicleIt is a vehicle from Fiat Chrysler but should be titled as a Ram PromasterWe sent this information to Ohio, where the customer is from,
to be titled correctly but it was returned to usWe have been trying to correct the title and have it titled in Illinois and then sent to Ohio, but we are waiting for a lien release from ChryslerWe are told that is forthcoming and we should be able to process the title properlyWe have tried to communicate this with the customer but it is taking an excessively long timeWe apologize for any misunderstanding and inconvenience but we are at the liberty of the different state titling agenciesWe will get the customer a proper title

To whom this may concern,This matter was brought to my attention and I went directly to talk to my sales person and my finance manager that were involved in this incident. To keep this short and sweet for you this matter has already been rectified between both parties since. I think that
they may have sent a complaint to you a little fast here as I have been assured by the parties involved on my end that this is all taken care of and that you can even follow up with the customer and they will tell you the same.
