When Larry Simmons Mazda certified the vehicle on 08/15/there were no bent rims on the vehicleOn 09/15/when *** *** purchased the vehicle he stated that since the vehicle had been setting for awhile that the vibration would work its way out09/25/the Customer advised that there was still a vibrationLarry Simmons Mazda then rotated and balanced (2) tires drove the vehicle (4) miles with no further issuesThe Customer then drove the vehicle an additional miles before taking the vehicle to another Mazda DealerWhen the customer visited the Larry Simmons on 11/09/we agreed there are (2) bent rims on the vehicleLarry Simmons Mazda Certified Vehicle program is audited very closely by the manufacture including the technicians, On the attached point inspection Item Tire, Brakes, Suspension there were no bent rims MdentitiedRespectfully, *** *** *** HR Manager ***

Complaint: ·              [redacted] claims that when he Purchased the Ref. Mazda 3 on 09/15/17 (Mileage 30,683) that he noticed there was a vibration in the front left passengers front side of the vehicle. He stated that since the...

vehicle had been setting for awhile that the vibration would work its way out. ·              [redacted] came to our Service Department on 09/25/17 (Mileage 31,673) Attached Repair Order [redacted] and stated that that he is still having a vibration in the passenger's side of the vehicle. He also stated that he had a low pressure tire light. Larry Simmons Mazda rotated and balanced (2) tires drove the vehicle (4) miles with no further issues. There was no detectable leak in any of the tires. There was also a concern regarding the remaining tire depth. The tire depths were at 5/32 and 6/32. Mazda CPO specifications are set at 5/32. ALL SERVICE WAS DONE AT NO COST TO CUSTOMER. ·              [redacted] returned to our service department on 10/16/17 (Mileage 35,552) Attached Repair Order [redacted]nd stated that he is again having vibration issues. In addition there is a tire with a plug in it and the wipers are streaking and there is a blown speaker. Note that there are now (3879) additional miles on the vehicle and there is a blown speaker. No contact was made by the customer after 09/25/17 advising us that there was still a vibration issue until the time of this visit. LARRY SIMMONS MAZDA REPLACED THEME WITH THE PLUG IN AT NO COST TO THE CUSTOMER AND ORDERED A NEW SPEAKER WHICH WE WERE ABLE TO GET MAZDA TO COVER UNDER WARRANTY. ·              [redacted] opted to take his vehicle to another Mazda Dealer (L[redacted]) on 10/23/17 (Mileage 36,468) Attached Repair Orde[redacted]. The Other Dealer advised that there were (3) bent rims and (3) tires needing replaced. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE BLOWN SPEAKER ISSUE. ·              [redacted] returned to our service department on 11/09/17 (Mileage 37,174) Attached Repair Order [redacted] and stated that he went to another Mazda Dealer and they advised that there were bent rims and additional tires that needed replaced. We again inspected the vehicle and did confirm that now there are (2) bent rims. We could not find any additional bent rims. WE REPLACED THE SPEAKER IN CONCERN AND THE WIPERS AT NO COST TO THE CUSTOMER. Summary: ·              When Larry Simmons Mazda certified the vehicle on 05/15/17 there were no bent rims on the vehicle. On 09/15/17 when [redacted] purchased the vehicle he stated that since the vehicle had been setting for awhile that the vibration would work its way out. 09/25/17 the Customer advised that there was still a vibration. Larry Simmons Mazda then rotated and balanced (2) tires drove the vehicle (4) miles with no further issues. The Customer then drove the vehicle an additional 3879 miles before taking the vehicle to another Mazda Dealer. When the customer visited the Larry Simmons on 11/09/17 we agreed there are (2) bent rims an the vehicle. Larry Simmons Mazda Certified Vehicle program is audited very closely by the manufacture including the technicians, On the attached 160 point inspection Item 29 Tire, Brakes, Suspension there were no bent rims indentified.
