When we sell a vehicle , AS IS, we encourage customers to take it to their mechanic to have it looked over before the purchase is madeWe put them through a safety inspection to make sure the vehicle is safe to drive before we put them on the lotWhen we sell an vehicle our hands are tied on what we can do to it after the saleIf we fix one thing we are giving the vehicle an implied warrantyThe customer signed two documents saying that the vehicle was and there was no warranty associated with it whatsoeverIf the customer would like to make an appointment with our service department we will do evryhting we can to resolve the problem at the best possible priceThank You, *** *** Sales Manager Larry Stovesand Buick GMC, INC

When we sell a vehicle AS IS we do an inspection at the dealership much like your mechanic did when you go to them before the purchase of the vehicleWe offer for our customer to take the vehicles that we sell to their mechanics to have ay concerns addressed before the point of saleWe have documents that accompany all as is vehicles, expressing that there is no liability or warrantyThey were both signed by *** ***, the vehicle was inspected by there mechaniceWe have no liability in this instanceThe registration and sticker was mailed out October 10, Thank You, *** ***, Used Car Manager

Hello, my name is *** *** and I have a complaint with Larry Stovesand Buick GMC of Paducah, Ky(#***) When I was replying to their response this morning I had received an email from Revdex.com stating that the complaint was closedI am not content with their responseWe still haven't gotten the title, tags, or registration...We have gotten too many different stories about what's going on from them and now I just want my money backThe entire amount of what we paid.
