In reviewing the consumer's response it appears the consumer is personally unhappy with the Bauhaus warranty as they had hoped for a local repair or replacement The consumer actually states that Bauhaus is honoring the "text" in the warranty No where in the warranty does it state Bauhaus will offer a local repair or replacement of the furniture.As Bauhaus has honored the warranty at hand by allowing the consumer to return the furniture for repair there is nothing further that can be done on the part of Bauhaus Unless the consumer contacts us within days from the date of this response to return the furniture to our facility for repair Bauhaus will consider this matter closed.Thank you, [redacted] Bauhaus Customer Service

They picked their truck up and took to another shopMy shop was broken into and keys were stolen, unfortunately there's were one of themMy key guy came back to make the keys and the truck was goneI told the *** when they got their truck back I can send my key guy to their house or their
work to remake the keyThey'll just need to let me know and I'll get it taken care of for them. *** ***
