I have contacted Mr. [redacted] and apologized for the odor issue. We are removing the equipment on 8/22/17 and there will be no charges...

to Mr. [redacted]. Until we are able to evaluate the unit I don't know the reason for the odor but there should not have been any and I regret this has happened. Upon learning of the problem we have done everything requested by Mr. [redacted] and understand why he wants the equipment removed. I wish him the best.

I was told that they shredded the check that I gave them on Aug.9th, Their office employee said that they would send me an email stating so in writing. So far I have not received anything.
I wanted at least a partial refund. They just will not respond regarding the check

Concerning the uncashed check. Check was shredded 8/18/17 and email confirmation that check was shredded was sent on 8/22/17. 8/23/17 I called Mr. [redacted] to confirm he was satisfied, and had to leave a message. I have not heard back form Mr. [redacted] Please let me know if there is anything I can do.
