listed above for diagnostic fee which is signed off proper to inspection
The bottom portion has an authorization signature that requires a signature before the work is performedSo this gave us the okay to do the job at which this case was task #
Third after work is completed a third signature is required for work performed to satisfaction and this was also signed
In review of our policy each of these three steps were done according and signatures as required
