No phone was ever thrown at Ms [redacted] at any time everThis event is completely fabricated and havesurveillance video of her encounter which shows absolutely nothing of the sortShe had mentioned thatshe had a transmission issue, she brought the vehicle to us but we could not duplicate the problem atthat timeShe was told if the issue arose again to take the vehicle to a local transmission shop fordiagnosisMonths went by and had not seen [redacted] , the vehicle, or payment toward her accountWetried to collect payment from her but she had moved and left no forwarding addressWe received a callfrom the transmission shop that she was there for diagnosis, at which time I (alone) went down there torepossess the vehicleShe asked that I did not repossess the vehicle and promised that she would makea payment as soon as she left the transmission shopI agreed, and said I would follow behindShe didnot stop and fled to avoid repossessionThe vehicle was later repossessed on 6/16/and theappropriate fees were applied as a result of default and disposal of collateral were sent to a collectionagencyThe vehicle in question was purchased on 2/8/and only one payment and one partialpayment were made between the time of purchase and the time of repossessionIt is also worth notingthat the vehicle had accumulated 8,miles from the time of sale to the time of repossession whichwould be mechanically impossible in a vehicle that will not disengage from first gear as she claimsApayment history report as well as all the notes relating to the account in question are available uponrequest to The Bureau if needed

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: This is absolutely not true, I have a witness who was there with me as a cell phone was thrown at me when I brought the car back the next day (and called the same day stating there was a problem) it had only been one month and I had never moved and was still working at the same job (which is where the vehicle was repossessed) There were a total of men who followed me to the auto shop and none of which were the owner of the company, they were all men in their 20's (It was not even a month and I refused to make a payment till the problem was fixed because it had not been days) after being harassed at the auto shop I called the police and filed a complaint they said if they continued to contact me in a harassing manner to call them back and file a harassment complaintMy mother then tried to make a payment because I was no longer wanting to be in contact with the company, they refused to take a payment from her saying they would only take it from meI then had my uncle (who is an attorney) call and let the company know I would be there on Thursday after work (pay day) to give them my payment, I would put a money order in an envelope on the porch and I was not to be approached or spoken to or we would file chargesThey agreed on that time frame then came and took the vehicle on Wednesday (a day before the agreed payment date)They state in this message that there was "several months" they they had not heard from me and I had moved, But I am sure if they kept accurate records you can see that my car was taken back a little over a month after I signed the contract and they had taken the car from the same job I had when I got the car and never changed my phone numberThere were many ways to contact me if I was late on a paymentI was late on a payment only because they told me they would fix the problem with my car (would not shift past 2nd gear) and they then stalled in fixing the problem till after the payment was due, I did not want to make the payment till the problem was fixed and after being harassed they would not take payment and were determined to take back the car (which I tried to return less then hours after getting the car to return it and he became aggressive said he would not return it but he would fix the problem) I have witnesses to this incident and would love for MrLarry to produce a video recording that this did not happenI also have family members who had spoken to Larry in regards to this incident right after it happened and my mother who tried to make a payment days before it was repossessedI can show that I had not Moved/Changed Jobs/Changed phone number in the time I had the car as wellThis is a completely unprofessional business and the only reason I did not continue to be harassed was because they recovered the car, I am sure they would have continued if I stayed a customer to their companyI am very sure MRLarry has no proof these incidences didn't occur because I have witness that it did and his "several months" comment when I barley had the car over a month shows they have no idea the time line of the incident and the fact that he stated he went to this shop alone to confront me when it was men and he was not one of them is just a lie. Sincerely,*** ***

No phone was ever thrown at Ms*** at any time everThis event is completely fabricated and havesurveillance video of her encounter which shows absolutely nothing of the sortShe had mentioned thatshe had a transmission issue, she brought the vehicle to us but we could not duplicate the problem
atthat timeShe was told if the issue arose again to take the vehicle to a local transmission shop fordiagnosisMonths went by and had not seen ***, the vehicle, or payment toward her accountWetried to collect payment from her but she had moved and left no forwarding addressWe received a callfrom the transmission shop that she was there for diagnosis, at which time I (alone) went down there torepossess the vehicleShe asked that I did not repossess the vehicle and promised that she would makea payment as soon as she left the transmission shopI agreed, and said I would follow behindShe didnot stop and fled to avoid repossessionThe vehicle was later repossessed on 6/16/and theappropriate fees were applied as a result of default and disposal of collateral were sent to a collectionagencyThe vehicle in question was purchased on 2/8/and only one payment and one partialpayment were made between the time of purchase and the time of repossessionIt is also worth notingthat the vehicle had accumulated 8,miles from the time of sale to the time of repossession whichwould be mechanically impossible in a vehicle that will not disengage from first gear as she claimsApayment history report as well as all the notes relating to the account in question are available uponrequest to The Bureau if needed

This is the final correspondence regarding this matter the Revdex.com will receive from our business, as it is clear by the Consumer's own accounts that her recollection of events is not accurateIn the first complaint the Consumer states the vehicle would not shift out of 1st gear, in her second response it is stated to not shift out of 2nd gearAnother discrepancy was noticed in her description of her encounter with the policeIn the initial complaint she stated the police told her "there was nothing they could do" and in her follow up regarding our response she states she "filed a complaint"The police typically follto such complaints with a visit by an officer to the place in questionThe police have never contacted anyone at our business regarding the incident claimed to have happened by the ConsumerWe have requested a copy of the complaint from the police department, to which they advised us that there was noneThe Consumer also states that she had never moved from the address given to us, which is why we are submitting a copy of her signed credit application showing the address she provided us, as well as two (2) letters returned to us with the United States Postal Service's own notice that the Consumer had, in fact, moved and left no forwarding addressOne letter was postmarked March 12, and had contained her vehicle registrationThe other was postmarked May 25, and contained a letter requesting paymentThe Consumer claims the vehicle was repossessed "a little over a month after I signed the contract" is 100% and verifiableAs proof, we would like to submit the purchase order the Consumer signed the date of purchase (2/8/2011) and the notarized Affidavit of Vehicle Repossession indicating the date of repossessionThe claim that she had never moved is 100% and verifiableI will also submit to the Revdex.com the notes from the account in question for their review, as well as a payment history report showing she had made one and one partial payment between the dates of 2/8/(the date of purchase), and 6/17/(the date of repossession)The mechanical issue claimed by the Consumer could not have been present given the amount of miles accumulated from time of purchase to time of repossession as noted in the previous response. The customer was bound to and defaulted on a monthly installment contract on a vehicle that was purchased As-Is, regardless of any mechanical issue
