Review: Had an auto collision about a month ago. Needing to have the front left side of the car fixed, took the vehicle to Larry's auto collision body shop. The insurance company was contacted, and an estimator was called to quote the price for the repair. The initial estimate was about %5300. The [redacted] of the shop requested a supplemental repair cost added, which included full replacement of parts, upgrade of certain parts, etc etc with a final estimate/coverage from the insurance coming up to $7,810.57. When I went to pick up the car, it was very clear that all major parts had been either patched/painted over instead of being replaced, and extensive buffing and cleaning of surfaces done instead of replacing the parts as covered by the insurance. Some parts were not even fixed or touched at all, making the situation blatantly obvious.When confronted about the situation, the shop claimed that all parts had been 100% replaced with new parts. Tried to contact the [redacted] of the shop for some type of resolution, but the shop refuses even basic communication.Desired Settlement: Would like a refund for the proper work to be done at a different shop. Do not trust this business at all and the safety of the vehicle is highly compromised.

The business [redacted] is 100% not telling the truth. He not only did not replace the bumper cover, but didn't even replace the front left headlights, front left tire, and many inside parts.
The reason why I refused to pay the deductible is because the business [redacted] didn't even come close to doing his job but collected the insurance check ($7,000 plus) without my consent/signature, plus wanted me to pay the deductible.
