Review: I took my vehicle to Larry's because it was vibrating. They told me it might be the throttle body or spark plugs. They kept my vehicle for a month and a half. My dad called and they told him the problem was the lifter in the engine and never mentioned the throttle body. They quoted him $1100 for replacing the lifter (parts and labor). I never received a call that my car was finished, and once I finally did call again to check on it, they said it had been ready. I go to pick up my car expecting to pay around $1100 plus tax. I get there and I have an invoice for $2,000. In addition to the lifter, they replaced the throttle body, and did an oil change. I was only expecting to have the lifter replaced. I'm completely dissatisfied with the customer care and service at Larry's. I'll never take a vehicle back and will tell everyone I know.
