In reviewing the consumer's response it appears the consumer is personally unhappy with the Bauhaus warranty as they had hoped for a local repair or replacement. The consumer actually states that Bauhaus is honoring the "text" in the warranty. No where in the warranty does it state Bauhaus will offer a local repair or replacement of the furniture.As Bauhaus has honored the warranty at hand by allowing the consumer to return the furniture for repair there is nothing further that can be done on the part of Bauhaus. not covered by this warranty."Bauhaus is honoring the warranty on the frame by allowing the consumer to return the furniture to our facility in MS and repairing it in our facility at no charge.We also provided a list of common carriers the consumer can contact for shipping rates.Based on everything the consumer provided and our warranty guidelines Bauhaus has honored the warranty on the sofa.
