additional problematic issues were found. The customer agreed that the additional repairs to be completed. The vehicle is a unique model and the parts to finish the repair were special order only. Rage Customs Automotive INC has no control over the wait time for delivery on special order parts. As far as the accident that occurred while Rage Customs Automotive INC was in possession of this customer's vehicle, the customer was informed of the accident that occurred. The company fully repaired the damage from the accident that happened on Rage Customs Automotive INC's property. The above said vehicle was moved off the daily work schedule while waiting for the special order repair part shipped arrived. The part just arrived on 4/1/2016 and is in the process of being repaired. The customer has been kept updated on the situations. The business has been more than cooperative and the customer has been offered a reduced cost of the repair due to the unknowing length of time it took for the part to arrive. The customer and numerous amounts of their family members have been calling and texting and calling again. The manor to which this situation has been handled has been professional from the start until the customer was informed the parts had to be ordered. That is when the arrangement has went sour. The vehicle will be ready for pick up within 7 business days from 4/6/2016.

In the response from rage customs, there are many exaggerated statements made. I was not told about the damage done to my car until a week or two after it happened. When I went to the business a month ago, the car still had the damage on it that he claims they fixed. I have gotten nothing but excuses from the business, I have been called countless names online, I have been threatened, I've been told the vehicle would be fixed by a certain day so many times that none of the promises he makes hold any merit. I am going on almost 4 months now. Still no car, still only excuses and empty promises. Most of the time I call I get ignored and every time I go to his business, they are closed. I will continue to call and bother him until I get my vehicle back. Ive sent police to the business, tried to reclaim the vehicle myself, called, texted, etc. I honestly feel helpless in this situation and if the Revdex.com can't help me, then I don't know what else to try.
