I am rejecting this response because: I called and gave them the opportunity to make this right. I paid for the diagnostic as well as one of the sensors. It was only after I spoke to them and they stated it wasn't their problem that I went to the Revdex.com. I did contact them immediately after I was aware of the issue. I did not want to make the regular issues of used car ownership thiers. However a part that won't allow a smog is not one of those (when the car was just smogged?) and the business is welcome to make it right now by repairing that part. I have been nothing but fair and honest and expect the same from the business.
Hello B.B.B. Since the last response submitted by our customer, we have resumed direct contact with her... We have since, repaired this customers 2002 Nissan Xterra. Repairs include new knock censor , new intake manifold gasket, and new oxygen censor. We covered 100 % parts and 100 % labor We did this as "Good Will, Good Faith"
