Consumer states: Meyenberg Goat Milk Products...

has already sent me replacements. I had issue with the size and way they sent it to me but I am satisfied with the product.I am home on Wednesdays all day. Please call me 5am-5pm or anytime (805) 772-0870. This can of evaporated Goat Milk was sent to me $6.00 postage in a box 4"x4" by 9" in length. The item doesn't have a receipt of purchase from Food 4 Less anymore. That makes the system fight an organ flesh and my health is not about to make a mistake like that. I have called the Federal Trade Commission for the unbusiness attitude that has only fighting. Toxic and illogical. Please keep in touch. I believe that I get too bright giving you information that can be attacked again and again if this Meyenberg is not business like.P.S. Very immature to demand a misunderstanding like that.

Company states: We no longer offer the coupons the consumer is referring to. The standard policy is to have the consumer return to the store and have them replace the items. If they are not able to do so then we can also resolve this with the consumer.

We apologize for the tech being late.  We were trying to figure out dispatching issues as well as avoid flooded areas and traffic that was headed out of town for Memorial Day weekend.   We apologize for not fully keeping Mr. [redacted] informed. As far as the meter can, there is a...

discrepancy.  We did not break the meter can.  What happened was that a tree fell on the overhead wiring that brought power to Mr. [redacted]'s house.  When this happened, the force created by this tree snapped a piece of 2 inch rigid conduit in half.  At the same time, the wire was yanked on by the full force of the tree.  This force caused Mr. [redacted]'s meter jaws to snap.  Of course, when I spoke with Mr. [redacted] on the phone, I asked him several times if there was any damage to the meter can to which he replied, "No".  Typically, there is damage.  However, Mr. [redacted] said there wasn't any.  To his credit, he could not see inside the meter can.   Moreover, we didn't notice any damage to the meter can initially.  The damage that occurred was not obvious to the naked eye and was only discovered after we tried to terminate wire. It is not normal for our customers to provide material for items we install.  Likewise, you would not carry your own part into a shop to have your car repaired nor would you bring your own steak to a restaurant.  Our insurance simply does not allow customers to provide parts for our installations.  We did, however, give Mr. [redacted] a substantial discount on the replacement of his meter can considering the circumstances.  Normally, we charge $600 plus tax remove and replace a meter can that we purchase.  In this case, we normally charge $900 due to the emergency time frame.  So, in essence, we gave a discount of $500.00 of our normal price.  Mr. [redacted] only provided the part, we still have to charge to replace the part. We absolutely did not price gouge Mr. [redacted] as alleged.  We definitely didn't price gouge Mr. [redacted].  We actually gave him a great discount.
