Review: I got exhaust line replaced by this shop on 8/10/2015 vide their Invoice No. [redacted] for $80.00 paid in cash. He gave me one year warranty for the parts and labor. Soon after I realized that exhaust was making a noise like a leak in pipes. I went to the shop next day but he told me that he will be on lunch and will see the problem after 2 hours. It was hot day and he does not have a fan in waiting area. I requested to see it sooner but he refused. I went again today on 9/10/2015 at 12 noon. But again he said he will see to it after 3 hours. I protested why so late whereas new customers are served right-away. He told me rudely that it is his business and can do whatever he wants. When I told this is like not honoring the warranty, he told me to get out.Desired Settlement: He should refund the money I paid so that I can go to other mechanic for repair.

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[redacted] is lying as there was no other customer waiting in line. This can be verified from the fact that how he can tell me to wait 2 hours at first time and 3 hours at second time without telling me how many customers are ahead of me. If he said there are 4 customers ahead of me, I can estimate it will take maximum of 1 hour as each one takes less than 15 minutes. When I went to him first time, he took me immediately and fixed whole exhaust line within 15 minutes.His business attitude can be weighed from the fact that instead of offering now to check the problem, he has unwelcomed me to his business.I had even requested him just to listen to noise coming from exhaust line when started in his parking lot, but he refused to do so.Again, it was unbearable in those summer hot days to wait for 2-3 hours in his no fan and no air-conditioned waiting area. I wish some authority force him to provide comfortable waiting area for customers. My complaint should be eye-opener for future customers.
