Larry's has implemented a straight forward pricing system.
The top portion of this bill has authorization fee...

listed above for diagnostic fee which is signed off proper to inspection.
The bottom portion has an authorization signature that requires a signature before the work is performed. So this gave us the okay to do the job at which this case was task #7.
Third after work is completed a third signature is required for work performed to satisfaction and this was also signed.
In review of our policy each of these three steps were done according and signatures as required.
Please note this is a straight forward pricing system. Regardless of race, age, etc... Everyone we do business with the task's number pricing is always the same. In reading the clients statement the job should of stopped and diagnosed fee being he stated his dad not to do the work if over $300.00. The second stage task 7 is in black and white with a price of $887.00 and was signed off before starting this task.

The person that spoke with the plumbers ([redacted]) to do the work and the person that signed for it [redacted]) is not the same. The plumbers were supposed to call the person that requested the work ([redacted]) with an estimate and to get approved before they did anything. That is what they agreed on. They told [redacted] that they would give an estimate to him before they started the work which they didn't do. They took advantage of an elderly man [redacted] who did not understand them, skimmed him and charged him an unreasonable price for the work. They had [redacted] phone number because they called him before they went to the site. They saw an easy prey in an old man, tricked him since he was hard of hearing with weak English and took advantage of the situation. [redacted] was afraid not to pay them because he was afraid of them. Because of their arrogance I think they should refund all the money.

Attached you will find our straight forward pricing sheet. This is something that is presented to all of our residential customers. As you can see on the top left side it has a customer signature stating that they accept the $89.00 diagnosis fee. Next if you look on the bottom left on the pricing sheet you will see two other signatures. Those signatures are both signed also. Meaning authorization of job total and satisfaction of work. Our plumbers go over everything including pricing before doing any work. I am sorry this customer feels this way but all of our customers are treated equal.

June 17, 2015 first call to diagnose sewer problem. Water backing up in driveway. Customer didn't want us do any work.
November 30, 2015 Arrived on site, customer stated did not have funds to install clean out and requested us to rod line. We let her know we can rod out but there is no...

warranty due to severity of the problem. Rod out line with small blades, temporary opened. Recommend to camera again but customer did not want us to. December 4, 2015 Received call backup in driveway again. Said we would try to open temporary again. Rod 2 men 5.5 hours approximately. Customer had sewer backed up in driveway. Could not get cable rod loose due to fact of major blockage or a collapsed pipe. Problem needs to be corrected as stated before. Water still coming up just the same as first visit.
Went to locate three times and third time was no charge. Sewer full of roots unable to clear. Need rod out station and had to leave cable in due to sewer problems.
Talked to Mrs. [redacted] today 3/16/16 stated would send crew out this morning to attempt to pull cable out but they would still have the same issue.
