WE DID TOW THIS CAR, BUT THE ISSUE IS BETWEEN THE OWNER OF THE CAR AND THE COMPANY THAT HE PAID FOR HIS PARKINGTHE REASON HE DID'T GET AN INVOICE IS BECAUSE THE PARKING COMPANY PAID FOR THE IMPOUNDTHEY CALLED IN BY MISTAKE.THIS BUILDING HAS
TWO PARKING LOTS: ONE ON EDDY ST AND THE OTHER ONE ON WILLOW ALLEY IN SAN FRANCISCOHE PARKED ON WILLOW ALLEY AND WE TOWED HIS CAR FROM THEREWE HAVE RECORD OF THE INVOICE AND OF THE CREDIT CARD THAT THEY USED TO PAYAFTER THAT, THE CUSTOMER WAS ABLE TO PICK UP HIS CARTHE NEXT DAY, HE WENT AND PARKED ON THE SAME SPOT AND WE HAD TO IMPOUND THE CAR AGAINTHIS TIME, HE PAID FOR THE CHARGES AND GOT AN INVOICEWHAT HAPPENED THE FIRST TIME WAS THAT THEY DIDN'T TELL HIM WHERE TO PARK.HE WAS SUPPOSED TO USE THE PL ON EDDY ST AND NOT THE ONE ON WILLOW ALLEYTHAT'S WHY THE COMPANY PAID FOR ITTHE SECOND TIME, HE PARKED ILLEGALLY AGAIN AND WE DON'T KNOW WHYWE HAVE A CONTRACT AND IF THEY CALL US TO MOVE A CAR OFF OF THEIR PROPERTIES, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO IT

This tow company is simply lying and being misleadingI have a copy of the tow slip from the parking company from the first tow, which is not filled out with any required information such as date, address, reason for tow, type of two, vehicle dents etcIt only includes the amount owed and *Call in by ***, which upon speaking with *** is a lieThe slip doesn't even have an address on it so the company has no basis for its response and attempt to sell my vehicleThe parking company also told me that this tow company simply attempted to scam all of us and it's clear that in the first tow instance this is the case based on the documentation I haveUnfotrunately the manager at the town company also provided a name, via voice mail that I still have, of the person who allegedly called in the first towAgain, this company couldn't act is a more unfair, sketchy, illegal and sg way
