This is not a complaint but a recommendation . This company was professional, on time, and made the experience of no AC much easier to handle. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
Review: On Friday, February 15, 2013, the owner of LARS A/C & Refrigeration Service-[redacted] completed the installation of a 1 1/2 ton Lax-Air AC unit; with a 5 year compressor warranty, 1 year parts and labor warranty. The unit was turned on Saturday, June 29, 2013 and only blew hot air. I contacted [redacted] on Monday, July 1, 2013 and he wanted to come out that day, however, I was at work and the area was locked. I informed him to let me know his next available time and I would make arrangements to have the area accessible for him. Fourteen days have gone by and I have not received a call from [redacted]. Monday, July 15, 2013 at 1:24 pm and Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at 2:31 pm I left message each time asking him to contact me and to date I have not received a call back, whereas in the past my calls were usually return within an hour.Desired Settlement: Initially I wanted [redacted] to come out and service the unit that he installed.Displaying the same courteous and sincere demeanor he displayed when he got my business. However, since it has lead to this, I will have someone else to inspect the AC unit and if there are any additional cost or if the unit is deemed inoperable that the owner [redacted] bear the responsibility for the total cost.
