Horrible customer service. Had issue with our case, can not get help at all. The front office screams at you and hangs up. Will not answer the phone unless you block your number. CRAZY STAFF!! I am not sure if Mr Larsen is aware, but I do not see how he could not be. Do Not Give these people your money, you will regret it!

Absolutely horrendous service. This firm has the rudest staff I have EVER experienced. I needed to request a change on my case and I was screamed at, spoken about in a very negative manner (whIle on the line listening) hung up on, had my calls ignored (they don't answer unless you block your number), just to name a FEW. Then out of the blue Mr Larsen called one day to verify my new address! Appeared to have zero knowledge of the (at least) 20 messages I had attempted to leave for him. AND had the nerve to tell us that they are going through some changes in the front office and that was the reason for our recent experiences
At this point I don't know what action I can take as I am very fearful of what they can or will do to me or my case which is just about completed and would have been done even sooner had someone there listened to me when I found an error worth over $2775.00 on my summary. UNBELIEVABLE service. I do not in anyway recommend this firm.
