After speaking to several pool installers, my wife and I called [redacted]'s Pool and Spa, primarily because of the positive reviews posted on [redacted]. Unlike several of the other contractors, they were very responsive. The house where the pool was installed is located in Riverview, Florida, but we live in Philadelphia. Therefore, most of the construction was done while we were away. This added an additional layer of apprehension on our part. Turns out that the apprehension was unwarranted. From the initial meeting with the salesperson, who designed the pool, to the person who walked me through the various operations of the equipment, every single individual from Larsen's was not only very professional and competent, but also extremely friendly and personable. My wife and I even received a call from the owner, just before construction began, to thank us for the business and to insure us that everything would turn out fine. Even though we were a thousand miles away, we were kept abreast of all developments. The pool was finished in the time frame promised and it looks great!! If you're looking for a reliable, competent, friendly, professional pool installer, Larsen's Pool & Spa is the company to use!!
[redacted]'s Pool & Spa desinged and built me a beautiful pool / spa. I was able to get everything I wanted (Large Pool, oversized Spa, automation, internet operated, solar, and salt system).
The construction process was painless. They delievered exactly what they promised and I could not be more pleased. I will absolutely use them again if I ever build / remodel a pool.
