We hired [redacted] in the summer of 2014 to re-finish our basement in Middleton (after discovering water issues) which also included removing and rebuilding our ~30 year old deck (due to a necessary waterproofing on the outside), based on word of mouth (and later a visual inspection) from a colleague who basically had his whole house gutted and redone by [redacted] and his crewe. [redacted] worked seamlessly with Zander Solutions and often gave very helpful suggestions we either never would have considered ourselves, or explaind why he thought one way of doing things was better. In either case, it was very helpful to pick his brain to find the best way to do things at the best value. [redacted] was very responsive (phone text or email) and often gave updates so that we were never surprised. He also did a good job trying to anticipate contingencies so that all our bases were covered. His subcontractors all seemed to be handpicked with a very high bar for quality and attention to detail. Unlike some contractors who say they will be onsite to check the work of their subcontractors (but then rarely show up), [redacted] was at our site very often and when he wasn't onsite, he always seemed to be in contact with the subcontractors and on top of all the issues. We were also able to get an estimated end of project date so that the project would not be dragged out - [redacted] was more than happy to do that. The final look and feel of the work was very important to [redacted] and he was there at the end, touching up any missed spots, cleaning out edges with a toothbrush, vacuuming, removing any trash, and fixing any details that may have been missed. We were very happy with the end result and would not hesitate to call [redacted] for any future projects.
