Today I called Larson Farm and Lawn and spoke with *** *** regarding a way to resolve this issue
I am sorry to say that we could not meet any resolvement at this timehe was not aware of
other isuse with the tracto so he woud have to talk with serv manger and teck and get back with me he call me back and said fule leak was under warrty cluch would not be under warnty and the repdidnot chek hyd clyremote that he would work with me on that
In response to his letter to the Revdex.com I find that Larson Farm and Lawn are being
unfair with this entire situation based on Customer Service and unfair Billing
Even though I disagree with the rodent issue I offered to work with them on the pricing of the invoice
He wouldn't budgeThe main issue is that I disagree with the rodentI believe that it could have been a rub
from the tractor itself
I feel as though I am paying for repairs that were not doneThey were aware of other issues as mentioned to
Mr*** this morning; such as, Alarm Fuel Leak Hydraulic floatAll of which were not addressed but still under warranty and evidently priced for the billingThe work was not done so I am paying for a charge included in this bill that wasn't preformed
Mr*** mentioned in his letter that I requested a repair man look at my tractorNot trueI had alarm issue and they told me how to find the codes and call them backWhen I called and gave him the code, he didn't know
what they meant, so he said, he would look into it and call me back"I did not request that the mechanic come outHe said he would send him outNot telling me of any cost should there be any repairs
(I did ask what my next step was) he told me to contact the representative from the JD Company- that he could lower the charges
The main issue here is: Not being informed of any billing from anyone at JOHN DEERE and paying for a outragious bill for work that was under warenty (fuel leak) and some was not done and they were aware of itI tried to work out a price for fixing wires that I disagree on but they still are charging me for warranty work,that Mr*** had to check on today, then called me back still saying there being more than fairI don't think soVery unhappy with this companny

12/28/2017  I kept trying to resolve this with them and left 4 messages with a lady at another office they referred me too, but, she never called back. The alarm went off again and these repairs failed. It doesn't look like their mechanic used heat on the shrink wrap for the wiring. I had to rewire some of this and have pictures showing what he failed to do and my rework.  I have three other issues with them about warranty issues with other areas of the tractor but I am no longer interested in taking those up with them at this time - think the warranty runs out in maybe June so perhaps I'll wait and see about warranty issues.   I will now agree with  them that the problem they are billing me for probably was caused by rodents, but I had to do the rework. They have turned this bill over to collections and we have disputed it.  I might pay them $75.00 at most to resolve this, but, what I would really like to do is to go in and show them the pictures of my rework and see if we can settle this. I do not want to offer them $75.00 just yet; let's see if they'll talk. Thank you.01/03/2018 {called consumer but answering machine never kicked in. sent email that [redacted] at business would talk to him and to call him and make an appointment]01/10/2018  I met with him today and showed him the pics, etc. We talked for awhile, but, the best he would do is knock off another $100.00. He talked about this would make the service call free, but, heck, for a new tractor, my first service call is supposed to be free anyway. He stated that perhaps our tech did not as good a job on this as could have been done. He said corporate told him to stick to his guns. I said let me talk to corporate and they are supposed to give me a call. I'll let you know what happens? Understand after talking to corporate and I do not like the response from corporate, mediation will probably be over, but, you could possibly take one more shot at getting them to do more. Thank you.01/17/2018   No, I have not heard from corporate. What I did was look on their website and saw a message from the President of what a great job they do for customers, so I mailed him a letter about this a few days ago. I would like to ask you to keep this open for awhile longer to see what happens with my letter to their President.  O.K, will let you know when I hear something or touch base with you in a few weeks. thanks.01/22/2018  Well, I got a phone call from someone named [redacted] I believe with one of their branches in the South. I think he is with corporate. Anyway, he told me he has looked all of this over and they are just going to "eat the bill" and forgot all about being paid.  Thank you so much for working on this.

12/28/2017 [left vm with [redacted] that had spoken with consumer about the bill and at this point it is consumer's position that the repairs did not work, he had to rework the wiring, has pics and would like to come in and show them to him and see if bill cannot be resolved]01/03/2018  I really feel that we have done all we can on this and have discounted it all we can. O.K, if he wants to come in and talk, I will do that one more time, but it's at the point I cannot afford to spend more time on a small bill. So he now thinks we may be right that rodent's caused this but wants to claim he had to redo our work?  I highly doubt there was anything wrong with our work, but, tell him to call me, bring in his pics, and I'll talk about it. thank you.
