12/28/ I kept trying to resolve this with them and left messages with a lady at another office they referred me too, but, she never called backThe alarm went off again and these repairs failedIt doesn't look like their mechanic used heat on the shrink wrap for the wiringI had to rewire some of this and have pictures showing what he failed to do and my rework I have three other issues with them about warranty issues with other areas of the tractor but I am no longer interested in taking those up with them at this time - think the warranty runs out in maybe June so perhaps I'll wait and see about warranty issues I will now agree with them that the problem they are billing me for probably was caused by rodents, but I had to do the reworkThey have turned this bill over to collections and we have disputed it I might pay them $at most to resolve this, but, what I would really like to do is to go in and show them the pictures of my rework and see if we can settle thisI do not want to offer them $just yet; let's see if they'll talkThank you.01/03/{called consumer but answering machine never kicked insent email that [redacted] at business would talk to him and to call him and make an appointment]01/10/ I met with him today and showed him the pics, etcWe talked for awhile, but, the best he would do is knock off another $He talked about this would make the service call free, but, heck, for a new tractor, my first service call is supposed to be free anywayHe stated that perhaps our tech did not as good a job on this as could have been doneHe said corporate told him to stick to his gunsI said let me talk to corporate and they are supposed to give me a callI'll let you know what happens? Understand after talking to corporate and I do not like the response from corporate, mediation will probably be over, but, you could possibly take one more shot at getting them to do moreThank you.01/17/ No, I have not heard from corporateWhat I did was look on their website and saw a message from the President of what a great job they do for customers, so I mailed him a letter about this a few days agoI would like to ask you to keep this open for awhile longer to see what happens with my letter to their President O.K, will let you know when I hear something or touch base with you in a few weeksthanks.01/22/ Well, I got a phone call from someone named [redacted] I believe with one of their branches in the SouthI think he is with corporateAnyway, he told me he has looked all of this over and they are just going to "eat the bill" and forgot all about being paid Thank you so much for working on this
